I was a new patient at this office and had a wonderful experience with them! I was given clear details regarding the state of my teeth and they also addressed any of my concerns that I raised during the check-up. If you're someone who always wants to know the particulars regarding your treatments, then you'll definitely enjoy this clinic where everyone will patiently explain any small question you have. Everyone was cheerful and friendly and I could see the effort they made to make conversation and get to know me.
I had a great experience for my first and second visit with Alpine Dental. I saw Dr. Edwards and Dr. Patel and they were both friendly and informative. The technicians were gentle and careful when cleaning my teeth which are sensitive.
Dr. Gallant is a very kind dentist and did impressive work on me and fixed my whole mouth in about 2 and a half hours. I had many broken mercury fillings, a broken tooth, etc. He was able to save all of my teeth without having to get crowns. Alpine Dental's office and equipment is also very impressive and seems like state of the art. All of this and it is the most affordable in town. It is a very kind and ethical practice. They are all good people there, including all of the reception staff. Thank you for saving my teeth!!!
I've been here twice: first for a regular check up/cleaning and then for a filling of a very large cavity (almost a root canal). The cleaning was the most thorough one I've had in my life. They are very open to questions and helpful, giving me good advice for my dental health. When I came in with a persistent dull throbbing in my tooth, they clearly explained to me what they would to today as well as what symptoms to look out for to know whether I need a root canal someday. They fit in an appointment for a filling right then and there, and everyone involved were professional, positive, and helpful. My husband visited their office several times as well, and only had positive experiences. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
We have been going to Dr. Patel for years and love this office! They are gentle on my teeth and have great customer service, always ready to work with us as to payments and trying to fit us in to openings when needed. I recommend them to all my friends.
Was recommended to this Dr by a friend and I'm so glad I made the change. Had my wisdom teeth pulled this weekend. I was very nervous going into the procedure. Dr Patel and his assistant Caitlin did an amazing job! Great service.
It's not often that someone walks away from a dentist missing the man...I had an accident where my teeth were knocked out and needed emergency root canals. He was an angel and made me feel as though everything would be okay. I saw how much he cared and he was sensitive towards the other bruises on my face. He worked diligently and numbed me perfectly. The work is great and I will be making Dr. Patel my new dentist. Highly recommended.
I honestly never thought getting a tooth pulled could be an overall pleasant experience, especially given that I'm normally terrified of the dentist. I can't see myself ever going to a different dentist.
Dr Patel.. Simply the best :) I had a wonderful excellent dentist from childhood until I was 19 (Dr Clifford Eckman) and lost my dental insurance. I had to change to a less expensive dentist in my 20's and that resulted in some horrific experiences. Because of these experiences, I have a visceral reaction that is not pleasant for me or the doctor the moment I sit in the chair and think about having to undergo injections in the roof of my mouth etc. I just had that procedure done with Dr Patel, he reacted with kindness and understanding and performed the procedure without ANY PAIN. He is very professional and understanding of peoples financial needs: having to make priorities and planning. He is calm and direct and he works tirelessly, evenings and weekends. I had a crown done that was very close to the nerve and I had him also do a large filling on the other side because with his, gentle dental work, I knew I could endure it easily. His assistant, I believe is Julie, and she is awesome and doesn't expect you to talk to her the entire time you are there and she anticipates your needs and is attentive but also knows you don't want to be in the chair any longer than necessary. I told Doc he needs to be on facebook and I'm sure he will soon. I have recommended him specifically to all my coworkers. He is affordable as well for icing on the cake. Finally a dentist again with integrity. I hope he reads this! Thank you Dr Patel , see you in 2 weeks for my next appt.
To begin, I get very anxious at the dentist...even just cleanings. I've been through a few in Bellingham over the last few years. I decided to give Alpine Dental a try since it is closer to home, they had good reviews and they have late weekday and Saturday appointments so I don't have to take time off work. Firstly, I appreciated all the persistent reminders via text & phone, as I can always use reminders! The day of my appointment, they called to say I could come in earlier due to a cancellation, which I appreciated. Second, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The office space is nice, clean, modern and calming. Thirdly, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with their high tech and non-evasive x-ray equipment. I have a small mouth and always dread getting x-rays, but it was a cinch! The cleaning went great, the hygienist was impressively knowledgeable (at first I thought she was the dentist). My mouth is usually quite sore after a cleaning, but this time it wasn't, but I could tell it was a very thorough job, done with gentle finesse. Then I met Dr. Patel, who I liked immediately. He was so personable and explained my treatment plan well and gave me sensible options. I actually look forward to interacting with them all again on my next visit (& I'm an introvert...lol.) I give Alpine Dental an A+ thus far. I have some crown work to be done, so I will revisit to add more at that time should my opinion change.
Alpine Dental, specifically Dr. Rommel Patel is a fine dentist, who is very conscientious about what his patients expect when they come under his care. His staff are highly experienced in making sure Dr. Patel's patients feel pleasantly comfortable throughout their scheduled visit. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Patel has performed high end dental care and I would recommend Alpine Dental Care as anyone's first choice stop for all their dental needs.
Dr . Patel is the best very friendly staff he's done miracle work where others have failed. No matter I'd it's a cleaning or x-ray he takes the time to see how I'm doing
The staff and the Dentist are very nice. Everyone has a smile and very up to date on all their equipment. We don't mind the travel from Ferndale to Mt. Vernon because it is always a pleasant experience. :) I give it more stars if I could!
I literally fly from Los Angeles to get my teeth cleaned and fixed here. (Okay my parents live in Mount Vernon but STILL.) Dr. Patel is SO nice and knows what he is doing and the ladies who work there are all so nice- they put up with me asking a million questions and being a scared baby. Stephanie cleaned my teeth last week and she did an amazing job- my teeth are so clean you could eat off them! If you hate the dentist, I'm right there with you. But Dr. Patel and the staff at Alpine Dental will make you feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. I promise.
Both dentists amazing ! Dr gallant and Dr Patel. Both impressive and truly care. Both of my kids now go there and there great and defiantly go the extra mile. Wow the price is amazing also. Having operating engineers insurance the patience part due is zero usually depending on what services as they give special rates for union plans. I will soon be a new patient there also. Thank you both Drs and the great office staff and dental assistances for truly the great service that has always been provided.
After my dentist of 20+ years retired and after a couple unpleasant experiences with others, I stumbled upon Alpine Dental and Dr. Gallant. I have had both cleanings and a few fillings replaced over the past 2 years. Excellent practice and staff. Very friendly and progressional. I have not seen Dr. Patel, but hear equally positive things about him as well.
